REGULATION
Operation prize called "Red Card Triumph is the key of your desires 2010"
Promoted by TRIUMPH INTERNATIONAL ROME SPA

1th. DURATION
The initiative will conduct with effect from 1 March 2010 and will end February 28 2011.
The tributes will be required until 31 March 2011: after that date, the points are not yet used to be cleared.

2th. PRODUCT PROMOTION
The promotion aims to encourage the purchase of all products sold underwear at the point of sale Triumph single-member promotion.

3th. PARTY PROMOTER
TRIUMPH INTERNATIONAL ROME SRL, with registered office in Trescore Balneario (BG) - Via Torre 30.

4th. AREA
Whole Italian territory in the single-brand retail outlets taking part in the Triumph and recognizable from the advertisements on this initiative.

5th. RECIPIENTS
May participate in all final customers, buyers of the products distributed by outlets monobrand Triumph, in possession of the card to collect points called "Red Card". For participation in the program by the age of 18, the organizer reserves the right to require the prior authorization of the parents will be necessary, therefore, that those who exercise the protection of it under his own responsibility, to provide personal data the child and to authorize the treatment for privacy (D. Lgs 196/2003).

6th. METHOD '
The company Triumph International Rome SpA organizes this prize called "Red Card Triumph is the key of your wishes 2010" to encourage the purchase of intimate apparel products sold in their stores monobrand Triumph, distributed on Italian territory .
All customers interested in the promotion will first ask for the card "Red Card", available free at each point of sale single-member Triumph with this promotion, upon completing the application form. The card will not be issued if the data is clearly incomplete, illegible or not usable. Once signed the claim form, customers receive a "Red Card" and will start accumulating points for every purchase made through the sales Triumph single-member promotion.
All participants, in fact, will have the opportunity to earn a score required for obtaining one or more of the tributes planned and well described, based on purchases.
Points will be awarded as follows:

• € 1,00 for each expenditure (including VAT) = n. 1 point

Points will be calculated on each tax document issued by the outlet monobrand Triumph.
Any fractions of € 1.00 will not be entitled to points.
Points will be accumulated on the "Red Card" the customer's staff to be present at the cash point of sale single-Triumph for each purchase made, before we can close the counting of expenditure.
In the case of products made by the customer, their points will be transferred from the client.
The holder may at any time to know your balance points to hand the Red Card to the cashier of the store monobrand Triumph.
The points are personal and not transferable to third parties.
They will not possible to transfer points accumulated on a Red Card combined with those on a different Red Card, although both made out to the same owner.
Items can be combined with effect from 1 March 2010 until 28 February 2011.

During this period, the company Triumph International Rome SpA reserves the right to eventually take to the participants the best conditions, even for limited periods: for example and without limitation may be provided for additional points for certain periods of time, or additional points on certain products or even additional points awarded beyond a certain minimum threshold of expenditure. Of these opportunities, participants will be made aware through communications on the sale, as well as through the website www.triumph.com/it and / or by other means from time to time as may be appropriate.
In addition, the company Triumph International Rome SpA reserves the right to modify or supplement the regulation without infringing the rights acquired by the participants: the changes or additions will be communicated to the participants in the same way as for the dissemination of original conditions of participation.

7th. APPLICATION OF FREE GIFTS
The points from time to time accrued by the participants will be used to request the tributes planned and well described.
The tributes will be required until 31 March 2011: any points not used for request of gifts by this date will lose validity and can not be used. Once the client has requested their homage, after controlling the number of points on the Red Card, the corresponding points will be removed from the balance staff.

8th. AWARDS
Will be provided the following tributes: 

100 points = good spending Triumph from € 10.00
250 points = good spending Triumph from € 25.00
500 points = good spending Triumph from € 50.00
750 points = WeBox light Alpitour Nature, (the average value of € 150.00); or jewel earrings Bliss ob in gold and diamonds (the average value of € 220.00)
1000 points = WeBox Alpitour Welfare, the average value of € 350,00
1500 points = jewels "Collier Bliss ob" in gold and diamonds (the average value of  € 320.00), or flight + accommodation for 2 people to choose between London and Paris, including flight A / R (expected departure from airports in Milan or Rome) + a night in a double room (the average value of  € 400.00). The award will be used until 30 June 2011 with the exception of the 2010 Easter period, Christmas / New Year 2010/2011 and Easter 2011. Customers who opt for this gift will receive the information necessary to make their reservation.

Good spending Triumph can not be combined with each other: Each voucher must be used for a single purchase and use any part will not be entitled to rest. Purchases made through the use of good spending does not entitle the accumulation of points. Good spending may be used at all outlets monobrand Triumph for payment of products.
I WeBox Alpitour - weekend packages theme with Alpitour offer some destinations from which to choose - can be used within the expiry date printed on them.
The gifts can not be replaced after their delivery.

9th. MISCELLANEOUS
Advertising that, in whatever form, will be held for the purpose of communicating the event will be consistent with this regulation.
The regulation will be published in full on the website www.triumph.com/it.
The vouchers will be delivered cost to the persons entitled directly from the single-brand outlets Triumph members, upon inspection of the scores required and consequent cancellation of points.

The gifts will be delivered to stakeholders within a maximum of 180 days from the date of the request.
The organizers may suspend, invalidate or inhibit the use of points earned by each participant as a result of illegal or fraudulent use of the Red Card
In case of loss or theft, the owner of the card is required to promptly notify the point of sale single-Triumph that has al'emissione that will block its use.
If, following the loss of the Red Card, the participant has requested a new Red Card replacement, the points will be automatically transferred to the new card, provided they still exist at the time of the request for replacement.
All points accumulated and not used by the participants within the period specified in this regulation will lose validity in all respects, except different communication by the sponsoring company.
